Sana

Located in Kaide, Nagaokakyo, Sana is a bar where you can settle in for a proper meal alongside your drinks. Going well beyond typical bar snacks, the food menu spans pastas like carbonara, peperoncino, and curry-flavored Neapolitan, alongside pizzas ranging from classic Margherita to spicy cod roe and mushroom. There is also a generous selection of small plates to graze on over a drink, including Japanese fried chicken, freshly fried potato chips, and sweet potato sticks served with honey butter.

To drink, guests can choose from Kirin Ichiban Shibori draft beer and Riku highballs to an assortment of sparkling wines, as well as bottled shochu and whisky. Inside, spacious sofa seating complements the counter, making it just as welcoming for a quiet drink on your own as it is for a group gathering as a 2 or 3 stop after an evening out.
